Dottie did her best to make requests for information on a timely basis and help us wade through the amount of paperwork that was needed.
I was quoted a rate and then was communicated the rate expired and my rate was higher. Not a big change but it’s a long term impact. Just wish the exp date was clearly communicated on the way when several opportunities regarding closing date...

Dottie was an awesome loan officer. She made sure all of my needs were met, answered any necessary questions, and in the very end she bought for me to make sure that I am in my new home.
this was a "rushed" contract and even after asking why this had to close in 2 weeks numerous times, I still don't know the answer
