The constant communication as well as the extreme effort in getting our file complete!
The responsiveness and communication during the whole process was great
It took Dottie 3 hours to get us a pre-approval! I started the application at 1030 am and by 130 I had a pre-approval in my email and we were looking at houses that evening.
Dottie is fast, very helpful, and knowledgeable
enough to answer any questions. 10/10 would recommend.
Dottie was thoughtful and experienced, and it showed in how smoothly our transaction occured
More communication, more check-ins to make sure paperwork is done that way we don't have to push back closing day, more accurate closing numbers because ours was over 4,000 off but thankfully we got 4,000 back not that we owed 4,000 more.
She worked hard to help us with our house and it all worked out. Thank you!
