Donnie stayed on top of issues and moved the loan process right along - always promptly answered calls and emails. A professional attitude. This is the 4th or 5th loan i have done with Donnie through multiple properties.

Donnie is very patient. Instead of revealing any frustrations, he remains calm and explains the process. He also made himself available whenever we needed him.
