As a first time buyer Ms. Hubbard walked me through the process like all was so easy. She was able to get some funding that wouldn’t have happened if she was not in charge.
Responsiveness was amazing, felt like I could get in touch with Donna at any point, weekday/weekend, day/night.
It is always a pleasure working with Donna. She is very responsive and she keeps us informed of the progress of the loan at all times. This is the 3rd time we have worked with her and each time the entire process has been very smooth.
