I’m not sure it was his fault at it’s a crazy time right now but I was disappointed with communication and with response time.
Start to finish, our simple Refi took almost 3 months. Each time we were requested action, or response...we did so within hours, and never more than 24 hours. The only updates we received throughout the process were every 7-14 days... and only...
