Donald was very helpful and responsive, he personally walked us through every step of the process.
Donald worked well with my husband and made it a smooth process.
I know this is very busy time for all loan officers and because of this things do not get communicated. There were several occasions when things fell through the cracks. I think Donald is an excellent loan officer and would use him again.
