Overall, my experience with your team was great. There was a bit of confusion along the way but you all helped make this possible for me and stepped up when it mattered.
There was frequent communication from multiple team members to keep me current on the process. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly, and everything was smooth and on time.
The entire team was polite, had great communication throughout the process and made it easy.
