Quick response to calls and answering
Don is a wizard when it comes to navigating FHA loans. In my specific circumstances, Don succeeded where everyone else failed. Every other lender ran into dead ends or took weeks to respond, but Don was fast and efficient.

Don was always available to answer any questions, big or small. I thought he was thorough and my only complaint with the home buying process as a whole was unnecessary duplicate efforts by the loan officer Sara Lange down the line.
