Don is extremely knowledgeable and patient with all the questions thrown his way. He takes time to explain things and doesn't hesitate to give advise or suggest other options.
Don was very helpful in getting our loan approved, we had issues on our end with some of our paperwork and Don worked with us to get it resolved. He was willing to communicate even late in the evening so that we could meet our closing date.
