The help in the step by step process was great it was lengthy and sometimes frustrating at times because it was an FHA loan Don and Elizabeth made it a easure regardles of the time it took

Don would ALWAYS return phone calls . If the department was not his it did not matter - he would get me to the correct place. Don was consistent and always answered when I called. I really appreciated his ability to show up during this process....

Nothing is 100 percent. Satisfied with my refinance. My only complaint is some numbers changed at the end. I trust people to do right.

The help I received from the loan officer and upper management was always really good.
Communication with the processor could have been better, but in the end we accomplished what was needed.
