Friendly and informative! I had lots of questions as a first time buyer. They were extremely patient with me.
Questions were answered promptly. The refinance procedure went as smoothly as one should expect.
Don and Julie we very professional and quick to answer questions we had. It was one of the easiest mortgage processes I have ever been through - thanks Don! And yes, Don does look out for his fellow veterans!
The easiest smoothest loan process I have ever done in my life everything done electronically ( perfect social distancing) all my questions were answered fast I loved it thanks don and team
This was easy and up front. The team and the site were customer friendly and easy to work with..
The process was very easy, the people we dealt with were professional, and we were kept informed daily. I expessionally liked that the process could be finialized in our home instead of going to a office in the middle of the work day.
