Dom Russo entered the mortgage industry in 2012, gaining experience at Investors Home Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans, Cardinal Financial, and NJ Lenders Corp. before joining the Luminate team in 2025.
Championing communication and client relationships, Dom offers extensive experience with first-time homebuyers and real estate investors. By maintaining a solution-oriented approach, Dom tailors an array of mortgage products to fit each of his client’s needs.
Dom graduated Rutgers University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He was a Division 1 Wrestler at Rutgers, serving as team captain and MVP. He maintains his passion for the sport by serving as the current assistant wrestling coach at Cedar Grove High School.
