The response time to questions and the knowledge of the team was comforting the whole process felt easy!
The communication was open and responses were almost immediate. This was the top of our list, and Ms. Cooke and her team went beyond our expectations. It was an amazing experience.

In addition to being a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator, I'm also a Production Manager and President with PHM. I love my job, it’s exciting to help people when they are buying a home.
