The process was exceptional. Dan's Team speaheaded by Christina took over a loan packaage that was very difficult but they not only go it done, they got it done on time for closing which was amazing.

There were times when I wanted someone to explain Legal documents where I was told they were standard required documents. while I understand if people deal with them daily, being advised to just sign as amounts will change was not expected....
