Manual and his staff have always been very responsive to emails and phone calls. They have always had a professional attitude, approach and complete communication. I have had no issues in dealing with manual for the past 23 years.

what made this great is they listened to me, my wants and needs, very informative very helpful. 10s 10s 10s across the board.

Rene was in constant communication about the process and was able to quickly respond to my requests. Rene was always very knowledgeable about every aspect of my lending. A great communicator and his follow through is exceptional.

John was always available and always so positive and professional. He helped us a through the entire process. He made this entire experience so much less intimidating and so incredibly smooth. We appreciate him so much.
