There was a few surprises and bumps along the way with this transaction which did not happen with previous ones. It was just not as smooth.
Mac was very helpful throughout the whole complicated process.
Nicole was exceptionally knowledgeable on overall compliance in the banking mortgaging and lending knowledge and I find her to be extremely invaluable and could always count on her as a reliable source of knowledge .
The communication was terrible the processor LORRAINE was great but Ron was terrible. I didn’t receive one phone call even when he new I wasn’t happy just text. Very unprofessional.
