He was very informative and kept me up to date on every piece of the process. He made the first time home buying experience as easy as it could possibly be!
Everything went well and Riley was super friendly and helpful. The process took a lot longer than we expected, so if a timeline was communicated from the start, that would have set a better expectation. Overall, good with the process.
