Dion, did great! Back office seemed over worked.
The required loan disclosures were not to be the final loan numbers. Dion was made aware early that we wanted to put more down upfront. He took the disclosure numbers and used them as final loan nunbers.
Other than the overall time frame, which obviously is dictated by all the necessary steps involved, this has been easier than buying a car.
Dion was ver thorough in explaining everything. He took the time to walk us through ever step of the way and made it possible for us to close on time!
