The whole process exceeded my expectations . I was a little dumbfo by the 500$ app charge but it was refunded at closing

As an added service, electronically transfer monies to companies involved in debt consolidation rahter than send a stack of checks via Fedex to the mrotgagee and have them mail or deliver them to the cerditor/s.
