My situation required a lot of documentation and it would have been a better experience if I had a comprehensive list of the required documents in the beginning; however, the loan was approved and I am happily enjoying my new home.

When I first spoke with Dianne, I let her know all my hurdles with getting approved. Dianne was literally able to get me approved the SAME day at a good interest rate with no complications. The whole team was great! Thank you!!!
