She explained everything clearly through out the process and go the extra steps sending tips for things she thought that will be beneficial for me.
Dianne was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. She walked us through the all of the paperwork and was always available to help with any questions or concerns
Dianne went over and beyond to assist me with my loan process. She's definitely the person to have on your team!! 5 stars it the highest rating here but she's a absolute 10!!
Communicative and available
I would like to suggest more communication with us so that we can be in the loop in a more timely basis.
