    More communication. Especially when something goes wrong forcing a cancellation of closing an hour before closing. More attention to details

    Better communication, not sending documents with wrong info after having the customer catch the mistake, not cutting off conversation when things get rough, forcing me to go to the chat feature on the website to get an answer for something

    Felt like I had to nag to get information when things weren't going very well, would have appreciated if she reached out more from her end every 2 weeks or so to check status vs having to worry and then reach out on my end
