Just like the rest of the one star reviews if it's not cut and dry I wouldn't try First Family. Signed paperwork for a mortgage and was told after the fact they can't do it. Waiting for a refund for the inspection fee that will never happen....

I've had many bad experiences with buying & refinancing. My experience with 1st Family was first class, easy & overall a pleasant experience. Derek & Jennifer are awesome! To be honest, I was skeptical that this process was going too smooth...

I drive for work so it was extremely helpful to go through the process all by text. Derek was always a text or phone call away. Added closing costs and a loan to pay off credit cards and still knocked off 8 years off my payoff date. So easy....

Overall, a great experience.

Diane was extremely easy to work with and made the refinancing process stress free.
