She was very fast with loans and made everything easy signing electronically.
Communication easy to talk too
We had an incident where Diane had spoken to our realtor about our money prior to talking to us. While we were fine with this situation, it was very concerning that she was making suggestions about our money without our knowledge.
The consistency and looking out for my best interests
When asking for documents, would have appreciated a list upfront. The back and forth with request, took a lot of time to gather and give to lender in a timely fashion.
