She told us what we needed to do to get our home on.the market ,and did a lot of showing and giving us feedback from the interested public that came .
Communication was great between us. You answered all my questions even if it was an answer I did not want to hear. You had good ideas in marketing the property, I.e. Getting the property appraised before listing.
If I were not in the business, yes, without hesitation I would refer potential buyers/sellers to you! It was really a pleasure working with.
