The communication was exceptional from the whole office. Alise was very knowledgeable with the process and helpful with her explanations when I had questions.
Good communication, flexible, and easy process.
Only room for improvement is give more of a heads up on time sensitive deadlines. Ie, action was required same day and I was notified late Friday afternoon.
