The loan terms, but the only bad thing was the waiting time, almost 4 months in the process but other than that it was great service
Contacting your staff was very difficult. Phone calls were not promptly returned and e-mails were not promptly answered. My insurance company contacted me commenting that they had had the same problems with contacting your staff.
With Derek on my side and not anyone else I had a great experience
It took to long with 4 people in the mix one on one of better.
