If agent had been completely honest on time line of loan time. Not to mention what fees, and actual mortgage payment and cash out amounts. Just asked to jump through so many hoops and things not completed in a timely manner.
Derek was wonderful to work with he stayed in contact and walked us right threw it..
I was able to speak with a loan officer when I had a problem. She was pleasant and effection, got back to me right seawater. She kept in contact with me along the way while I waited for the results.

The loan officers were very informative with each step of the process. It might have taken a while to complete but everyone worked extremely hard to get it done as fast as possible which really made it a better experience.
