Overall communication was very poor. Had to call or text multiple times to receive an answer. Was not given clear information , which at points led me to believe I was getting scammed.

Derek was fantastic. He listened and understood my goals and provided options to fit my budget!
There seemed to be a lot of revisions to closing documentation as the process played out.
Only one person dealing with the customer. Coordinate better with the title company. Our deposit was not made when stated.
Derek was a pleasure to work with and the team was always on top of everything to get us where we needed to be.
There were some timing challenges, but overall, a posititve experience.
I had some missing paper work and some other issues, but they were great with their patience while I secured everything for loan to go through.
Derek was fantastic to work with. Our process was less smooth due to some paperwork errors with with our bank, but he always kept us updated of our loan’s progress, and helped us advocate to move things forward.
