Everyone did a fantastic job and made the whole process as smooth as possible
Although I was in California and undergoing triple bypass surgery, the team at Finance of America kept both me and my wife up to date and informed on the loan process.
They were courteous and efficient.
There was communication issue from both sides. But Devin took care of it professionally.
