Once the loan is approved the funding took 3 months and more details to close.
I was promised at least 2 months before refi morrgage is due but that changed at the closing.
These minor/major items should have been corrected before closing.

Devin was great to work with and very friendly and caring and trust worthy. Highly recommend Devin to work for you.
Very easy to work with Megan and then Devin, the worst part was the issues with the appraisal company and some issues with the modular being on the prperty. However Devin was great to work with and thru the issues.
