Had now issuse with the entire process.
All went well
Desmond always takes care of my clients. He is available and willing to work the crazy realtor hours that I work with my clients to get the offer accepted and to the closing table.
My loan officer went above and beyond to make the loan process easy to understand and stress-free. Their professionalism, responsiveness and guidance made buying my home a great experiance.
The Silverton team was good with their communication, making sure I had all the right documents and information for the mortgage.They followed up well to make sure things got finished in a timely manner.

Desmond was disrespectful, did no answer my questions, ptovidrd inaccurate information. Silverton tried to force me into a bridge loan which would have cost thousands of dollars.

Desmond was wonderful! However, thre was a staff change mid-transaction and our original loan officer, Aaron Schaeffer, was difficult to get a hold of.
