    Derek was not helpful enough, after complaining to him for almost 2 months he promised to compensate us after the loan went through. He just quit responding after I asked him several times where and what is our compensation is.

    Derek was awesome. There was an issue between the tittle company and the notary but Derek helped out with that as well. I can't say enough good things about him! My only concern at this point is the servicer of the loan. I did some Google searches...
