Derek got everything done in a timely manner and we were able to close a week early.
Derek was available to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Very easy to deal with. Understood exactly what I needed and was able to help when my own bank of 30 years wouldn't give me a second look.Underwriters not so pleasant to deal with but that's a common issue.
