Everyone was really on the ball. At any point if we felt nervous about the next upcoming steps, we found out every time that the team had already taken care of it. It really eased any anxieties that came along with being first-time buyers.

I have felt very supported by Derek and his team throughout the entire mortgage loan process. They are responsive and detail oriented. I loved the intro video sent by Justin at the beginning of the process.
