Communication and delivering on promises.
Constant updates and on time results throughout the transaction. Both Mr. Wetzel and his Assistant made sure we all knew what stage of the loan process we were at.
Derek's team offers the best consistent communication. Really helps the real estate brokers provide their best service to the client.
