I HIGHLY recommend Derek to work with as a loan officer. I don't know if the man ever has a day off because he was CONSTANTLY on top of our loan and giving me what was needed. He was always there. I really valued his input and his patience...

Derek was very courteous and friendly. He walked me through the process and explained everything. He was quick on the loan and kept his promise on closing cost. We could have closed earlier, but sellers didn’t think it would go that quick....

Decided to purchase a house, and went online for funding. Using CreditKarma, Just did the initial pre-qual. Had 3 other options. Tried the Big company, and got me a good rate, but was soso on the response. Went into 3 Banks, For pre-qual letters....
