Every question I asked 2,3,4 times always patiently answered to make sure I understand any changes needed to be done.
Derek was great. Always on top of all my questions, and making sure everything was progressing smoothly. Even if the question was a simple 1 word answer, he'd still call to make sure I was comfortable and understood it.
