I will be filing a bbb complaint and seeing what I can do about these 10 calls in 1 day from 3 different numbers after I block them.

I am a 1099 business owner and Derek went thru all the extensive loan documents without being frustrated. It was a dofficult close but he made it happen. A HUGE aspect is that he always answered all questions and was very responsive and fast...

Derek went above and beyond as much as he could. I do know the underwriter could have made more sense as the IRS was even confused by his actions. However, Derek did all he could and compensated for that experience.
