The staff are very professional. Anabel new exactly what to do every step of the process. Her communication skill sets were excellent. She was able to explain what was happening and what was needed for me to get my loan approved.
Communication and knowledge of the business are their greatest assets.
There were some times I wanted to know a bit more about what was going on, where we were in the process, and what some things meant, but overall everything worked out well, and I'm grateful and happy I went with Derek and Academy Mortgage.
Derek and Denisse are awesome, they were very helpful every step of the way and always willing to answer my questions. I recommend academy mortgage to everyone, even if they think they won’t qualify because their team is there to guide them...
