Denzel met with us outside when my husband was unable to walk into the bank ghe only problem I have is the third party company we had to fill out all the form in the computer . I did not like sharing confidential information with them online...

Everything went great.
Having to deal with all the third parties was confusing and frustrating; I would have preferred communicating with one person to complete the process Also more confidential.
Good communication! Denzel went above and beyond to get my loan processed in a timely manner to close quickly.
Before I worked with another loan officer, unfortunately, he has retired. I wish he were still there. Maybe he is a lazy person, maybe he doesn`t have enough knowledge, he doesn`t respond when you ask him questions, still he has my e-mails...
