Everyone was very patient with my questions. Also, the communication, getting back to me and answering questions was helpful. My only concern was AI and it's attempt at communication with me. Other than that all went well.

Its not his fault. You label him as a loan officer, but he pretty much receives the initial lead, hands it off to a sales managerthat works the numbers, and they hand it off to a closing specialist, the worst in history ever. couldn't communicate,...
