Dennis took the time to walk us through every step. He was honest and straight forward.
It’s maybe normal but it was hard. Sometimes we sent the same documents multiple times because they didn’t show up on the other end. But again, maybe that’s normal. It was just stressful.
I was impressed with the teamwork at 360 with Dennis Reed. The communication was excellent and when a challenge came up they handled it professionally and positively.
The process seemed long but actually was quicker than I thought. Always had great communication with everyone.
