    Dennis is very efficient and responds very quickly, especially to emails. He's very much down to business, which makes for efficiency, but his tone is quite friendly and supportive. Our loan was processed smoothly, with no surprises.

    Exceptional service on the pre-approval letter. Excellent, fast communication overall. Lower end, market rates offered from the start without having to haggle. A little more accurate closing disclosures would have made the experience even better....
