It was very easy and fast.

Dennis and his team, Kandace, among the other staff did a great job of keeping me in the loop of the process all along, promptly answered when I reached out, and helped to move things along with our loan as quickly as possible. They do above...

My file wasn't a particularly easy one, since I'm self-employed. Dennis worked hard to get the file completed and through underwriting, allowing me to close on time with no last minute surprises.

Always a pleasure to work with this very committed and experienced team. Communicates well with clients and everyone on the transaction. Works tirelessly to accomplished our shared goals of a closing.

Process was easy compared to my past experiences with other companies.
