    The process went smoothly. Denise is very responsive and got back to us quickly when we had questions. the on-line signature process avoided either a lot of mailing, or visits to her office to drop off paperwork.

    Denise went above and beyond what I expected. She always had the answers to my questions and worked into evening hrs when she did not need to just to help me out. I would highly recommended Denise especially for a first time home buyer!
