Denise and Michele were great to work with! They answered all of my questions and made the process painless and easy! I’ve heard horror stories of people having problems with the mortgage company but it did not happen with these two! I cannot...

Staff was responsive and proactive. All hurdles were cleared without incident and the process was smooth. This is how a mortgage should be.

She did not communicate when I asked questions and would just send an email with links to paperwork that was needed to be filled out without any correspondence from her explaining what was needed or why. She has very poor customer service skills...

She was very fast with everything any time I had a question and I would call her she was there and was happy I called to ask the question.. I have very little negative things to say about Mrs. Dye and Silverton group.

    About
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2002 and absolutely love helping people achieve their homeownership goals. I strive to work my hardest in making my clients dream a reality with as little stress as possible. I’m a firm believer that communication is key and am always available as I walk my clients through the mortgage process. I’m proud to have received “Loan Originator of the Year” with both of my previous employers as well as “Loan Originator of the Month” several times. In my free time, I love being outdoors and spending time with my husband and our three sons.
