It seemed there were times where there would be days before a response. It got better as we were closer to closing.
They were very helpful and had very good customer service and were very quick to answer emails. But the process took until the last minute. I don’t know if that’s on their end or a different party’s end. I got the email that told me I was clear...

Overall I am very happy for Silverton and Denise Dye was very helpful and friendly. I am definitely recommend your company and Denise to my friends and family.
Keep going like this, very much appreciated Denise Dye in helping all the way.

Denise was always helpful and knowledgeable with our questions. She was professional, patient, and personable.
Wished my wife happy birthday (through email) before I did. 🙈
Denise was very pleasant to deal with. There were a few misunderstandings outside of her but Denise handled it all when notified.
The assistant that was helping Denise was not as informed as she should have been with my situation and created more stress than should have been. Denise was amazing to help rectify this. Denise was amazing with this process!

About
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2002 and absolutely love helping people achieve their homeownership goals. I strive to work my hardest in making my clients dream a reality with as little stress as possible. I’m a firm believer that communication is key and am always available as I walk my clients through the mortgage process. I’m proud to have received “Loan Originator of the Year” with both of my previous employers as well as “Loan Originator of the Month” several times. In my free time, I love being outdoors and spending time with my husband and our three sons.
