Chris did amazing making the situation better, Dennis Dye was very unprofessional and didn't listen to our wants and needs which made the process unbearable .

There was poor communication regarding the closing paperwork as my agent lost her job and failed to inform my loan officer.
A few communication mistakes and turnover of staff in the middle of our loan process caused us to have to send documents multiple times.
