She has also been an instructor for Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Licensing courses for the Frank Cooke School of Real Estate. She is the past Treasurer of the Pinellas Independent Real Estate Professionals organization and former Director and Founding Member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization Affiliates Business Partners. Denise was the President of the Tampa Bay Mortgage Lenders Association from 2018 – 2019 and is currently on their Board of Directors.
